Request a score review

We base every score on all publicly available information plus our own research. If you represent a vendor and think a score is inaccurate, send us more information and we'll reconsider it. A person reads every request.

Which criteria? (pick any that apply)

Please use an email at your company's domain so we can confirm you represent the vendor. Requests don't guarantee a change, and a scored tool can't be a sponsor. Don't include patient information. See our Privacy Policy.

How reviews work

  • We check the request against the criteria and weights for that tool type.
  • We verify new claims with public sources or documentation you send. Marketing copy alone won't move a score.
  • If a score changes, the tool page's last-reviewed date updates and the change is listed in the score changelog.
