1. Who we are
Dental AI Tools is operated by alphaSource Consulting LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801 (“we”, “us”).
2. Information only, not professional advice
Rankings, scores, reviews, comparisons, the newsletter and everything else on the site are editorial opinion for general information. They aren't clinical, legal, regulatory, financial or compliance advice, and they don't replace your own evaluation. Check any tool against your practice's needs, your contracts and your obligations (including HIPAA) before you buy or use it. Clinical decisions belong to licensed professionals.
3. Vendor information can change
We research every listing, but products, features, integrations, FDA clearances, ownership and prices change, often without notice. We only list prices vendors publish, and they may be out of date. Always confirm details with the vendor. Spot something wrong? Tell us and we'll check it. Product names and logos belong to their owners; showing them doesn't mean the owner endorses us.
4. Our scores are our opinion
Scores follow our published methodology and reflect our judgment at the time of review. We may change a score, a verdict or a listing at any time. Vendors can't pay for a score or a rank.
5. Sponsorships
- Sponsored placements are always labeled “Sponsored” and never affect scores, verdicts or rankings.
- Each sponsorship is governed by its order or checkout terms (placement, dates and price). Where those differ from these terms, the order terms win.
- Sponsors are responsible for their ads and landing pages, and confirm they have the rights to the logos, images and claims they provide. We may decline or remove any ad that is misleading, unlawful or a poor fit for a dental audience.
- Unless the order says otherwise, payments are due before a placement goes live and are non-refundable once it has started. If we can't deliver a placement, we'll extend it or refund the unused portion.
- We report views and clicks in good faith. We don't guarantee traffic, leads or results.
6. Your submissions
When you send us a suggestion, correction or reply, you confirm it's accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you can share it, and you let us use it to research and improve the site. Don't send patient information.
7. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no scraping that degrades it, no attempts to break in or bypass security, no spam or fake submissions, and no use that breaks the law. You may quote and link to our content with attribution. Please don't republish whole pages or our score data without permission.
8. Links to other sites
We link to vendor and third-party sites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
9. No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site or any tool you learn about here. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Indemnity
If you misuse the site or break these terms, or if you're a sponsor and your ad content causes a claim, you agree to cover our reasonable costs arising from it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The new version applies once it's posted here with a new effective date.
