Our review

Sunbit provides pay-over-time financing that patients apply for in the office. The practice is paid up front, and the patient repays over time. Its 2026 dental program offers financing terms up to 72 months, no-interest plans up to 24 months and an approval rate the company puts at about 87% to 90%. Practice fees start at 1.9%.

Sunbit serves more than 30,000 merchants across dentistry, auto service, veterinary care and optical. Its high approval rate is the main selling point, which matters for patients who might not qualify for other credit.

Who it's for: practices that want a financing option most patients can qualify for, especially for mid-sized treatment plans.

Watch-outs: "from 1.9%" is the lowest fee; ask what you'll actually pay for longer or no-interest terms. Compare against Cherry and CareCredit for your patient mix. Like other financing tools, it sits outside the PMS ledger.
